Description of problem:
The OSP-d documentation doesn’t make it clear how to configure Ceph configuration options in OSP-d. While most of Ceph's default values are fine, some need to be tweaked depending on the cluster specifications.

How to change default configuration option in OSP-d should be documented.

This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release.  It is being deferred to OSP 10.

I think this can be considered a clone of BZ 1311657 becaue changing a default or any additional config setting can be done using the same procedure [1]
