Description of problem:
This is duplicate of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR-2459 for 6.3.0.ER1

How reproducible:
-

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Organization Unit.
2. Do not create a project for it yet.
3. Go to authoring.
4. Switch from your current OU to the new one. => NullPointerException

Actual results:
Dialog with null exception is displayed.

Expected results:
Org unit is open.
