Description of problem:
When I change container version there is no feedback about the change visible in the UI. Success notification would be nice to have but when something goes wrong, the user MUST be notified, in my opinion, so that they could respond on the failure.

When the container is running, the error/success outcome can be checked on the Status tab but when it is stopped, there is no other way of learning about an error than looking into server log.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a container to a server template with at least one connected server. Use any project in Business Central.
2. Do not start the container.
3. When the container is added, change its version to a non-existent one. Click Upgrade.

Actual results:
There is an error in server log but no feedback in the UI.

Expected results:
If the logged error really means a failure user should be notified through the UI.
