Hello
I run as root
dnf remove ruby and it's done 
After that I wanted to install it again by using dnf install ruby and dnf did not run after that I rebooted my system and gnome shell did not start also I wanted to know the packages that I have already removed and there is no way to know it
Please help me how to solve my problem

Wget And curl got result
 libidn.so.11 cannot open shared object file no such file or directory

FYI
I have resolved it by install libidn but I think it's not safe to remove this library by this command dnf remove ruby 
I hope to fix it
