glusterfs-devel rpm on client side installed without dependency issue on both rhel6 and rhel7.

# rpm -qa | grep gluster
glusterfs-devel-3.7.9-1.el7.x86_64
glusterfs-3.7.9-1.el7.x86_64
glusterfs-libs-3.7.9-1.el7.x86_64

# rpm -qa | grep gluster
glusterfs-devel-3.7.9-1.el6.x86_64
glusterfs-3.7.9-1.el6.x86_64
glusterfs-libs-3.7.9-1.el6.x86_64
