Description of problem:
 * manual page for sefcontext_compile contains 2 typo errors
 * there should be "pcre" instead of "prce"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man sefcontext_compile
2. search for "prce" words

Actual results:
# man sefcontext_compile | col -b | grep prce
       into prce(3) format.
