Description of problem:
When importing a data domain or export domain to a DC below 3.5 the information message " The Storage Domain does not contain any OVF_STORE disks. Usually the Storage Domain does not contain OVF_STORE disks when the Storage Domain has been previously managed with a Data Center version lower then 3.5. " should not appear on RHEVM events.

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the storage domain main tab click on "Import domain"
2.If the default domain selected is of version is less than 3.5 select "None" and then return to the default domain 
3. If the default domain select is 3.5 select a version less than 3.5 domain


Actual results:
Message comes after Detach the export domain.


Expected results:
Message should not appear after removing the data/export domain

In oVirt 4.0 we don't plan to manage Data Centers lower than 3.5 version.

Since all the Data Centers version will be 3.5 and above, the event message will be an appropriate behavior for Storage Domains without OVF_STORE disk.
