Description of problem:
In 3.6 you require the el6 supplementary repo just to install a single package:
virtio-win.

In order to reduce the amount of channels a customer needs to subscribe to install RHEV, proposing to ship this single (quite static) pkg via the RHEV EL7 mgmt channel, so we'll have more control over its release / version and reduce risk also to miss it.
