+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1318624 +++

A rebase to Samba 4.4.0 is required to bring in the multichannel tech preview as well as to make sure we stay ahead of the RHEL versions of Samba.

We also need to bring the Samba libraries (libtalloc, libtevent, libldb) up to date with this rebase.
