Description of problem:
Bug 1299774 removed bundled classes from xpp3. However, kxml still exports xpp3 packages via its MANIFEST.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kxml-2.3.0-9.fc24.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
$ bnd print /usr/share/java/kxml.jar | grep org.xmlpull.v1

Actual results:

I believe that this bug is fixed in kxml-2.3.0-11,
which is available in Fedora Rawhide, so I am closing this bug now.
