Description Bruno Goncalves 2016-03-24 08:39:05 UTC
Description of problem:
The command line in v0.6.x has changed slightly. If you want to specify the block for the metadata snap you should now use --metadata-snap=<sb>. -m should be used on it's own (the tools will look up the metadata snap location themselves).

Although, according to thin_dump man "-m" and "--metadata-snap" are the same. Could the man page be updated in this BZ?

       -m, --metadata-snap [block#]
Dump metadata snapshot created by device-mapper thin provisioning target. If block is not provided, access the default metadata snapshot created by the thin provisioning device-map-

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.man thin_dump
