Description of problem:
While listing software channel entitlements on multiple pages, it would be useful to give users ability to filter-out only synchronized channels.

Satellite 5.x

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit one of the following pages
1. /rhn/channels/software/Entitlements.do
2. /rhn/admin/multiorg/SoftwareEntitlements.do
3. /rhn/admin/multiorg/OrgSoftwareSubscriptions.do?oid=<oid>

Actual results:
Very long list of items.

Expected results:
Ability to filter-out only synchronized channels
