Section Number and Name: Working with HTTP Proxies

Describe the issue: 
If openshift is installed on a proxy environment, after setup all the proxies configs of the session "Working with HTTP Proxies" he must reimport all images.

Suggestions for improvement: 

The doc should point a solution to reimport all images (a script maybe). 
eg of single image:

oc import-image php -n openshift

Another point, the installer (quick or advanced) should support PROXY support, so this steps can be avoided.
