Description of problem:

Currently there is no possibility to delete the base template from which some versions are inherited, without first deleting these versions.
I think we should allow the user to choose any version as the new base version.
Lets say the user built the base template with only OS. 
Then created a new version with some updates, and a newer version with a new software.
After some time he decides he never "branches" out from the base template and any new version he will consider creating will "branch" out from the latest version with the software he installed.. the previous 2 versions are redundant, we should allow the user to get rid of them.
