Description of problem:
If I add a partition table for a host to get around 1321120

There was an error rendering the Katello Kickstart Default template: The snippet 'kickstart_networking_setup' threw an error: undefined method 'has_primary_interface?' for Host::Managed::Jail (Host::Managed)

1. Install Satellite 6.2
2. Create a Host with a partition table to get around 1321120
