29. "Mark as duplicate" can't select the "DUPLICATE" resolution automaticly and can't trigger the bugID input text.


Description of problem:
Click "Mark as duplicate", it's better to select "DUPLICATE" resolution automaticly and trigger the bugID input text for inputting the duplicated ID.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter show_bug.cgi page
2. Click "Mark as duplicate" 
3. 

Actual results:
Can't select "DUPLICATE" resolution automaticly and trigger the bugID input text for inputting the duplicated ID.

Expected results:
It should select "DUPLICATE" resolution automaticly and trigger the bugID input text for inputting the duplicated ID.

I can't reproduce this in the current devel branch, but it is broken in 5.0.2-rh2.

Move this to MODIFIED so it gets tested properly when we do the next release.
