getting ostree branch count always '0'

Description of problem:
I was trying to sync ostree contents, sync was successfull. However, I alwys get ostree branch count '0'.

On checking the ostree branches tab from published CV, I got nothing there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sat6.2 beta snap5.1


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a custom ostree repo:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/atomic/22/
2. import manifest and sync RHEL atomic host tree
3.

Actual results:
 always get '0' count for ostree branch


Expected results:
should be able to see atleast one branch.

Verified bz 1318549 with sat6.2 and its working fine.

Since bz 1318549 is fixed, so I can see ostree branches and count too.
