This worked for me although I had to also give the user permission to view orgs in order to look up the repository for ORG. Some things you may want to check: - Are the product and repository in same org/location as the user? - Is the filter for Product and Repositories associated to the org? - Can you get info for the product and repo via the CLI ("hammer product info --name PROD --organization ORG" and "hammer repository info --name NAME --product PROD --organization ORG")?
