Thank you for the report. I believe the string is marked for translation: <property name="label" translatable="yes" comments="Translators: A label for a date when the bug happened for the first time. Please keep this label short, below 156px if possible.">First Detected</property> https://github.com/abrt/gnome-abrt/blob/master/src/gnome_abrt/oops.glade#L503 It is just not translated yet. I confirm, this string has been added only recently and the reason why it is not *yet* translated is that the translators have not delivered the translation. Fedora is in the string freeze phase and the translation deadline is Apr 5, I encourage all translators update their translations. This string is formatted by python3-humanize which has been localized to only few languages (compare with gnome-abrt localized to about 30 languages). AFAIK it is possible to translate it to more languages but it will not be ready in just few days or weeks. gnome-abrt-1.2.3-2.fc24 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 24. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-5afd9edfbc gnome-abrt-1.2.3-2.fc24 has been pushed to the Fedora 24 testing repository.
