Description of problem:
Artifact "org.jboss.integration.fuse:fuse-integration-bom" is missing in integration package offline Maven repository [1]. This problem is in integration pack build 1.3.0.redhat-010, which is aligned with BxMS 6.2.2.CR2 and Fuse 6.2.1.

After discussing this further with Jiri we came to the conclusion that the issue was much more than just the fuse-integration-bom. There was roughly ~ 200mb worth of artifacts missing.

Although we're not entirely sure what went wrong yet, we've managed to re-build the repository zip and the zip size looks correct. This requires some more investigation, so I've logged a ticket elsewhere for this. 

Jiri now has a new zip and he's currently re-running tests, he will verify this issue once complete.

The integration package offline Maven repository was rebuilt by productization (md5sum: 9e7ff3287b4edca74bfee3b3c64a0af7). Now, it contains all missing artifacts.
