We can't enable it unless there are useful applications to back it. Currently there is gnome-photos that would use it, but we don't ship it by default in Worstation. Secondly, the code and UX behind --enable-media-server needs a bit more though. Hence, WONTFIX. We will revisit this later as things evolve. Thanks for taking the time to file the bug, though.
