During the time of that image 20160323 there were some problems around the enabled repos inside the image. These have been fixed now. Please retry next week. Yum ['qemu-kvm-tools conflicts with 10:qemu-kvm-tools-ev-2.3.0-31.el7_2.7.1.x86_64', 'qemu-kvm-tools-ev conflicts with 10:qemu-kvm-tools-1.5.3-105.el7.x86_64']. Expected results: Add NGN4.0(for 3.6 branch) to engine 3.6 can succeed. Additional info: Manually remove qemu-kvm-tools-ev package and add to engine again can successful.
