Description of problem:
Undercloud installation on small VM with swap turned on won't work even though we have 6GB of usable "memory"

We have updated the minimum requirements for OSP 10, and the minimum amount of RAM listed refers to physical memory, and it is expected that you would also have swap >= 1/2 RAM size on top of that.

Unfortunately, I have found that even a 6GB Undercloud is insufficient to deploy an HA overcloud, so really you need at least 8GB of RAM for the Undercloud, preferably more.
