better network-environment.yaml file - matched up vlan and cidrs
This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release. It is being deferred to OSP 10. This bug was fixed in OSP-Director 9, now a sample network-environment.yaml exists in the environments directory of tripleo-heat-templates. |
Created attachment 1141880 [details] file for /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-environment.yaml Description of problem: In the Director Install and Configuration guide, it indicates that the network-environment.yaml file needs to be created. The storage-environment.yaml file exists, why not network-environment.yaml? This file should exist instead of the operator having to cut-n-paste from the documentation, and the documentation should include instructions to copy this file into the ~stack/templates directory just like the other files get copied from /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/ I've attached the text from the documentation to be included in the openstack-tripleo-heat-templates rpm. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-0.8.6-123.el7ost.noarch
