Description of problem:
Originally this was part of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1316683. However, viewing tasks per organization on the dashboard requires a greater effort that what can be accomplished in the 6.2 timeframe.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two orgs. 
2. Sync a repo for both orgs
3. Review the dashboard

Actual results:
The following widgets do not honor current org/loc context:
- Task Status

Expected results:
the above mentioned widget should honor current org/loc context

Additional info:
It looks like there is a method on Task that gets us most of what we want: for_resource(org). However, it looks like it doesn't pick up actions that fail during the plan phase but we can maybe write some middleware to get around this.
