Description of problem:
fwupd ships some files in /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/libdfu. Shouldn't they go into a -devel or -doc(s) or -devel-doc(s) file?

When opening these files with devhelp it looks broken. First line:

For libdfu [VERSION]. The latest version of this documentation can be found online at http://[SERVER]/libdfu/.

fwupd-0.6.3-1.fc24 (Fedora 24)
(fwupd-0.5.4-1.fc23.x86_64 / Fedora 23 is not affected)

How reproducible:
always, due to being a packaging issue
