Documentation: Need to document a way to scale swift nodes deployed with the ring files built.

Currently, we only have documentation for Deploying/Scaling scalable Object Storage (swift), which can then be scaled.


If we support scaling swift nodes deployed with a typical OC deployment - this should be documented.
