Verified this bug on the following version
# rpm -qa ovirt-node
ovirt-node-3.6.1-9.0.el7ev.noarch
# cat /etc/redhat-release 
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor release 7.2 (20160330.0.el7ev)

Test Steps:
1. Installed RHEV-Hypervisor.
2. Setup network via DHCP.
3. After network setup, the hostname is set automatically.
4. Reboot RHEV-H
5. After reboot, login RHEV-H 
6. check the hostname on TUI.
7. Does not change hostname on rhevh after reboot rhevh
