Description of problem:

pocl-0.12-1 requires llvm 3.7. Fedora 24 packages 3.8. pocl won't install.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 

0.12-1.f24

How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter into terminal: sudo dnf install pocl
2. Get error out.

Actual results:

Error: nothing provides libLLVM-3.7.so()(64bit) needed by pocl-0.12-1.fc24.x86_64


Expected results:

pocl should be installed.
