Description of problem:
Management console does not work in Internet Explorer 11

How reproducible:
reported not to work on Windows 7 with IE11

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open OpenShift Admin Console
2. log in

Actual results:
Loading... message on screen, then "Failed to list projects" error appears

Expected results:
Content displayed fine and console is useable
