Description of problem:
When Firefox 45 is maximized in Fedora 24 Alpha I can't move the scrollbar via the right screen-edge.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Firefox 45.0

How reproducible:
Happens every time for me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Maximize it
3. Move the mouse to the right edge of the screen

Actual results:
I can click to move the scrollbar.

Expected results:
Nothing happens.

Additional info:
Mouse-over effect also isn't active.

I don't quite understand. Do you mean you can't use the scrollbar to scroll the web page or something different?
