0.53 has added irssi 0.8.18+ compatibility

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

I have a patch @ https://git.scrit.ch/srpm/irssi-xmpp/commit/?id=873171204d5aeabaa181150dd5346233aafabbb8 that makes it compile on rawhide.

I'm maintaining the EL7 branch, which doesn't need that one, though I asked Luis via pkgdb to get access to the master branch. If Luis is fine with me helping on that package I would push my changes.
