This bug is effectively clone of bug 1268043 from RHEL7 where several Back button issues with the initial-setup/firstboot tool caused this benign side effect (an unwanted Back button on the first register panel of subscription-manager-gui). as per BZ 1268043 Created attachment 1412970 [details]

Back button is now disabled with following version RHSM:
