Description of problem:
I need the "intel-gen4asm" binary as a dependency for a package, so while looking at who is providing it, I found the binary duplicated in two packages.

Which package should I specify as a dependency?

xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.917-22.20160119.fc24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf provides /usr/bin/intel-gen4asm

Actual results:
Both provides the same binary:

$ ls -al /usr/bin/intel-gen4*
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 170208 Dec 24 16:18 /usr/bin/intel-gen4asm
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root  36352 Dec 24 16:18 /usr/bin/intel-gen4disasm
$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/intel-gen4*
xorg-x11-drv-intel-devel-2.99.917-19.20151206.fc23.x86_64

Expected results:
Only one package ships the binary.

Which package should I declare as a dependency until the bug is fixed?

The duplicate binaries are present in Fedora 22, 23, 24 and 25 packages.
