Description of problem:

Reports like BR46 don't show any data for the VM for "Monthly" date range.  The Uptime, Planned Downtime and Unplanned Downtime show "null".   BR7 doesn't show all hosts.  Only shows 1 host.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to reports portal.
2. Try to generate reports: BR46 and BR7
3. The BR46 will show no data and have null for Uptime, Planned Downtime and Unplanned Downtime.  The BR7 will only report 1 host instead of all of them.

Actual results:
The BR46 will show no data and have null for Uptime, Planned Downtime and Unplanned Downtime.  The BR7 will only report 1 host instead of all of them.

Expected results:
Correct information should be reported for the reports.
