List of Media displayed in the Host Group form

Description of problem:

When filling out the new Host Group form, in the Operating System tab when I select x86_64 as my architecture, the list of available Media available for selection is not being filtered and you end up getting items that are for other architectures, such as i386 (see attached screenshot).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

* Satellite 6.2.0 SNAP 6.1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Synchronize kickstart repos for i386 and x86_64 versions of RHEL
2. Create a new Host Group and fill out the Operating System tab
3. Type x86_64 and select the item that matches this value from the Architecture pulldown
4. Select the Media pulldown

Actual results:

You see both i386 and x86_64 entries displayed

Expected results:

Only x86_64 entries should be displayed

The issue raised by this bug should be resolved when bug 1318743 is ON_QA. Discussed closing this one as a duplicate; however, the desire is to verify both; therefore, going to mark this one as depending on the other.

Comment 3 Kedar Bidarkar 2016-05-18 15:43:23 UTC
VERIFIED with sat62-snap11.0

i386 had just rhel6.8
x86_64 had rhel6.8 and rhel7.2 both

will be attaching screenshots shortly.
