Currently most of Katello settings are text boxes or true/false, we should allow the user to chose a valid option from a select box where we can.

I looked at SNAP 3, and this is what I found:

'katello_default_atomic_provision' <-- Now a dropdown.
'bootdisk_generic_host_template' <-- No longer there, but host image template is a dropdown
'discovery_location' <-- Now a dropdown.
'discovery_organization'<-- Now a dropdown.

all of the above is now a dropdown
