5A. Installation Review reports "Cfme install loc CloudForms deployment must specify an install location" [sic]

How reproducible:

Once so far

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install QCI and QCI TripleO ISOs
2. Log in to run launch-fusor*-installer
3. Deploy OpenStack and CloudForms
4. At 5A. Installation Review, examine screen

Actual results:

Flash Error reported ""Cfme install loc CloudForms deployment must specify an install location" [sic]
CloudForms Management Engine > Installation Location shows "required field"

Expected results:

No error
CloudForms Management Engine > Installation Location shows "OpenStack"

Additional info:

Navigating back, then forward resulted in error disappearing and field being populated

I've seen this as well, it's been a rare/intermittent issue for me.
