Description of problem:

There are several packages with similar name in dependecy list for EAP6.4.7:
apache-commons-codec-1.8-7.el7.noarch.rpm - dependency of stilts package available in rhel optional repository
apache-commons-codec-eap6-1.4-16.redhat_3.1.ep6.el7.noarch.rpm - available in eap repository
eap6-apache-commons-codec-1.4.0-4.redhat_4.1.ep6.el7.noarch.rpm - available in eap repository

Why are there so many similar packages? Is possible to reduce it with only one package?
We would like to remove dependency especially on apache-commons-codec from rhel optional repository, is it possible?
