Request for enhancement: please add UTF-16  support to my favorite text editor.

Here are some .reg files for you to experiment on:

And, ye, I know, gedit (which I do not care for) does support it.  Maybe you can borrow some code from them.

This is not the place to request new development.  You need to report that upstream.
