NGN 4.0 failed to boot via CD-ROM/Virtual Media

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot nfn 4.0 from CD-ROM/Virtual Media
3. Focus on the booting process.

Actual results:
NGN 4.0 failed to boot via CD-ROM/Virtual Media, it always hung on "failed to fetch update image"

Expected results:
NGN 4.0 can boot from CD-ROM/Virtual Media.

Additional info:
1. Met below error during try to open jenkins link(http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/fabiand_boo_build_testing/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/product.img).

HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /job/fabiand_boo_build_testing/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/product.img. Reason:
Not Found

2. No such issue during boot from PXE.

Previously we relied on external branding packages.
Those were removed because of bug 1324008

Now this bug should be fixed in ovirt-node-ng-installer-master-20160406.iso

Test steps:
1. Boot nfn 4.0 from CD-ROM/Virtual Media
2. Focus on the booting process.

Test result:
NGN 4.0 can boot from CD-ROM/Virtual Media.

So the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED.
