The Spice Internet Explorer plug-in is not supported in Red Hat Virtualization 4.0. The 'Native' spice connection is suggested as a replacement. Installation on the client machine is done via MSI installers, and will not be available via CAB files. It is recommended that users of the Spice plug-in uninstall the virt-viewer and the Spice Internet Explorer plug-in before installing via MSI.

This bug takes care of removing rhevm-spice-client-*-cab* RPMs in RHEV-M 4.0
Only rhevm-spice-client-*-msi*  RPMs are to be provided.

Description of problem:
WE have introduced the native connection and the plan was to remove plugin support. It is a time finally to remove the support of xpi and activex

Expected results:
1. Remove "Browser plugin" option from the RHEVM UI
2. Remove the activex from the windows spice client builds

oVirt 4.0 Alpha has been released, moving to oVirt 4.0 Beta target.
