Assigning to Dayle for review. Dayle, these icons are referenced in a lot of areas in the documentation. I would suggest simply replacing the existing image files with the updated screen shots (maintaining the file name). Lucy, should we investigate putting these UI icons into the common directory in the CloudForms repo, and symlinking from each guide? I imagine the UI icons will be the same in all the guides (like the trash can for delete, and the pencil for edit), and though it will take a bit of set-up now, it might cut down on future work. What do you think? Will this work with images? Status update:
I've spoken to Lucy about putting the UI icon images into the common directories, which I'll investigate/test in a future task. For now, I've gone through all guides and updated the images or assessed work to do. Work that is complete so far is checked into Git.

[COMPLETE] Icons have been updated throughout:
* General Configuration Guide (already done in BZ#1325028, but resized icons to 21x21px so they look less disruptive when inline with text)
* Integration with AWS CloudFormation and OpenStack Heat
[TO DO] Add new UI icons from Gen Config Guide in these guides:
* Defining Policies and Profiles -- WIP - some icons replaced, more to do (also probably some procedures to edit)
* Managing Infrastructure and Inventory -- Replace all icons (plus some screenshots to retake, or icons might be mismatched, ie. grid view, etc)
* Managing Providers -- Replace all icons
* Monitoring Alerts and Reporting -- WIP - some icons replaced, more to do
* Provisioning Virtual Machines and Hosts -- None replaced yet (TO DO)
* Scripting Actions in CloudForms-- WIP - some icons replaced, more to do
I've now replaced UI icons in all the guides. There are a few remaining icons I was unable to replace for various reasons. These remaining icons are noted in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1333247 to do as a follow-up task. Thanks, Dayle, for working through so many updates! I've reviewed the merge request, made some small tweaks, and merged the content to master. Moving to VERIFIED.
