Description of problem:
After deploy metrics, check pod's metrics on pod page. On Chrome 48, Firefox45, IE11, the numbers on vertical coordinate for network chart are shown double times. And the numbers on vertical coordinate on Safari are different as on other browsers. Refer to attachment.

1.On Chrome 48, Firefox45, IE11, the numbers on vertical coordinate for network chart are shown double times. And the numbers on vertical coordinate on Safari are different as on other browsers.

Expected results:
2.Should show corret numbers.

The numbers on vertical coordinate for network chart don't show double times now, but sometimes when data changes, the numbers would be compressed and overlap a little with up and down words，pls refer to attachment "overlaped numbers".
