Description of enhancement:

In 5B. Installation Review:
Change Subscriptions > Quantity to include quantity attached (e.g. change "0 - no new subscriptions to attach" to "5 attached + 0 - no new subscriptions to attach")

Workaround: User can see the attached quantity by clicking on the hyperlink

Verified in QCI 1.2 (private screenshot attached)
