Description of problem:
EPEL5 currently ships koji-1.9.0-8.el5, whereas EPEL6 and EPEL7 ship koji-1.10.1-3. Could you please update EPEL5's Koji to 1.10.1-3?

The Koji project altered how it handles authentication between 1.9 and 1.10, and we'd like to be consistent in how our infrastructure and authentication are organized across EPEL5, 6, and 7.

It is not possible, kojid has deps not available to epel5
