Description of problem:
Regarding ovirt-engine-appliance.

My original request to ovirt user mailing list was "How do I change the oVirt Engine Appliance from VNC to the Spice Console?"

I was directed to open a bug at the request of Martin Sivak. See "Additional info:" for a copy of the email communication.

How reproducible:
Attempt to change graphical protocol for the appliance, using the appliance.. :)

Hi Richard,

we do not support editing of that field yet unfortunately, but I think
we can easily add it to 4.0 (and maybe 3.6, but I can't promise it) if
you open an RFE bug for us.

In general, it should be possible to change the console of the hosted engine vm.

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.

This will be trivial (just lifting the restriction) once the domain xml method of starting hosted engine VM is merged.

Going to fix running the HE on FIPS hosts by moving to spice only display.

In 4.3 hosted engine is deployed with VNC+Spice console unless using STIG profile. In STIG profile only spice will be enabled.
