Description Jonathon Conte 2016-04-14 03:46:25 UTC
I'm running blivet-gui 1.0.6 on Fedora 23 but I have also tested blivet-gui 1.2.3 on Fedora 24 alpha.

Currently it does not seem possible to select btrfs as the file system when creating a new LVM2 logical volume. I realize that btrfs and LVM do have some feature overlap but there are some scenarios where using btrfs on top of LVM has technical advantages.

Please consider adding the ability to choose btrfs as the file system when creating a new LVM logical volume.

Thanks for considering this request.

Sorry, totally forgot about this bug. Current rawhide (Fedora 25) version already supports adding btrfs-formatted logical volumes.
