Toolbars are now using html title instead of Patternfly tooltip. Bug no longer exists. Good to go. Verified and working fine in 5.6.0.6-beta2.5.20160511140943_ff75fb2 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
