Description of problem:
After investigate libcec-3.1.0 requires p8-platform instead platform 

on https://github.com/Pulse-Eight/platform/releases we got p8-platform-2.0.1.tar.gz and platform-2.0.1.tar.gz , please use p8-platform-2.0.1.tar.gz to build platform, patch in attachment .
